Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing's boyfriend, Nigerian politician Opeyemi David, has reacted to veteran actor Jide Kosoko and other leadership of the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria's attempts to frustrate Nkechi and her colleague Iyabo Ojo in the profession.
Jide Kosoko stated TAMPAN frowns at the wrongdoing of Iyabo Ojo and Nkechi Blessing over their colleague Baba Ijesha, who is accused of child abuse, during a press conference on Saturday, June 26th.
As a result, the association has barred TAMPAN directors from working with the two Nollywood actors, threatening to frustrate them in the industry.
Opeyemi David challenges the association's leadership in an Instagram post, saying they should be prepared for him over their efforts to silence and frustrate Nkechi Blessing.
He went on to slam the association, claiming that their action is a clear case of misguided priorities and dereliction of duty.
Nkechi Blessing's boyfriend went on to say that he respects all elders without fear because no person is God, and it's painful to witness when wisdom is required when people choose to act foolishly.
"Before you attempt to silence her or frustrate her, kindly be ready for me. What your association has shown is pure misplaced priorities and dereliction of duties. I respect all elders without fear because no human being is God. It’s a pain to the heart knowing wisdom is required but folly prevails. She is my soul mate and the moment you are breaking her then be ready to break."
