2Face Idibia has reacted to the death of Sound Sultan, a colleague and close friend, who died on Sunday, July 11 after a battle with angioimmunoblastic t-cell lymphoma.
In an Instagram post, 2face expressed his sorrow for the passing of Sound Sultan, whom he considered a friend and brother. He assured the late singer's family that they would be "safe and sound."
He wrote:

Till we meet again my dear friend and brother.
Still so unreal.
Will never stop celebrating u.
I promise u your fam will be safe and good.
