Following the tragic loss of legendary artist Olanrewaju Fasasi, widely known as Sound Sultan, actress Iyabo Ojo has burst into tears.
Sound Sultan died in the early hours of July 11th, 2021, after battling Angioimmunoblastic T- Cell Lymphoma for months.
According to reports, the 44-year-old died in the United States of America.
Sound Sultan's death came as a shock to Iyabo, who remarked on her official Instagram page that he died too soon in response to the devastating news.
Sound Sultan approached her on one of the Headies Award evenings and told her how much her TikTok videos made him laugh, according to Iyabo Ojo.
In her words;
“When I thought today was all about making people smile then I get this rude shocking news… Sound Sultan, the first time we spoke face to face was @ the Headies, can never forget how you walked up to me & told me how much my TikTok Videos made you laugh I felt so humbled and happy that day ….. I will forever cherish that day & all your amazing works … Another 44 gone too soon.. RiP LEGEND”
