Oyin Elebuibon, a Nollywood actress, has said clearly that she is neither a Christian nor a Muslim. She claimed to be a follower of “Orisa,” a common Yoruba term for deities.
The lovely actress also cautioned people against stigmatizing and marginalizing Orisa worshipers. She also stated that the rule of law guarantees freedom of opinion, conscience, and religion, which is enshrined in the country's constitution.

“Yoruba land Is not Arab land. We are descendants of Orisa.” On her Instagram page, the actress stated. She pleaded with people to let Orisa devotees honor their ancestors and deities in peace.
Oyin Elebuibon, who is currently based in the United States, also stated that evil is not exclusive to the Olorisas and that it exists in all humans. “Being an Orisa devotee Is neither a crime nor evil.” The actress concluded.
