Popular gospel musician Tope Alabi is still having gospel singer Sammie Okposo play with Nathaniel Bassey, Enkay, and others in her event titled 'Praise the Almighty,' which will take place on Sunday, February 20.
In the early hours of Wednesday, Tope released the concert's flier on Instagram.
Popular musician Sammie Okposo generated outrage on Tuesday after confessing and apologizing to his wife Ozioma for cheating on her with a woman from the United States known as African Doll. He also stated that he would be resigning from his position as a pastor.
"On my latest trip to the United States (late 2021), I became closely connected with a lady, despite the fact that I am married and a minister of the gospel. My acts have caused a great deal of anguish to my lovely wife, Ozioma, my family, and myself, and I am embarrassed and regret them.
"While I work on making peace with God, repenting, and begging for His forgiveness, I am stopping all ministry activity until I am fully restored, as this is right and what I believe I owe God and His people."
"To my wife, Ozioma," he added, addressing her. I really apologize for putting you in this uncomfortable and shameful situation. I betrayed your faith and let you down. It's crucial to me that you forgive me for my moral failings and poor judgment. Every day for the rest of my life, I pray that I will be able to reclaim my faith and confidence."
However, the apology was removed from Instagram on Wednesday.
