RAPPER: DA GRIN WANTED BY SIERRA LEONE POLICE FOR 12 YEARS, AFTER HIS DEATH

Oladapo Olaitan Olaonipekun, also known as Dagrin, has been listed as wanted in Sierra Leone twelve years after his traumatic death.

Dagrin, a young, extremely gifted icon who died in a car accident after colliding with a heavy-duty truck in front of the Alakara Police Station off Agege Motor Road in Mushin, Lagos, was lost to the Nigerian music business.

At the age of 26, Dagrin passed away at the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, LUTH, on April 22, 2010, at precisely 6 o'clock in the evening. On Friday, April 30, 2010, he was laid to rest at the Ebony Millennium Private Vault in the Atan Cemetery.

However, with his distinctive musical style, the street rapper from Ogun state captured the hearts of many Nigerians. Dagrin has been incredibly difficult to forget, which has led to his supporters paying tribute to him whenever they can.

As a result of their involvement in a violent protest last week, Dagrin and a few other young boys are now wanted by the Sierra Leonean police, according to a recent development.
