Alhaji Ebun Oloyede, also known as Olaiya Igwe, a well-known Nigerian actor, and award-winning producer, has explained why he prostrated for MC Oluomo after the latter gave him a brand-new automobile a few weeks ago.
Several weeks ago, a video of the well-known Nigerian performer bowing down to MC Oluomo went viral online. A situation that received conflicting comments on social media from many Nigerians.
One of the most famous transporters in the nation is MC Oluomo, whose real name is Musiliu Akinsanya. He served as the previous chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
In a recent interview with BBC Yoruba, Olaiya Igwe, who speaks Yoruba, said that even though he had his own automobile, he prostrated for MC Oluomo because he values the car he gave him.
He said that even though MC Oluomo is close to his late mother and is therefore like a younger brother to him, due to the position God has given him, he must still be addressed as boss or king.
