Today, September 11, Asiwaju Lanre Gentry, the former husband of Mercy Aigbe, an actress, celebrates his first wedding anniversary.
The businessman celebrated his one anniversary by posting on his Instagram profile.
He thanked God for maintaining their marriage while displaying a photo of himself and his wife.
He wrote:
“Today makes it one year of our marriage. 11th September 2021, in God I trust and I will always glorify Him. Without Him, who am I? Thank God for the gift of life. Happy Sunday”.
In a video posted by Instagram user Gistlovers, Lanre Gentry and his new bride can be seen dancing to the crowd's encouragement.
According to Gistlovers, Mercy Aigbe's estranged husband allegedly had an affair with one of his employees and planned to marry her in order to hide the humiliation.
