On Wednesday evening in Lagos, Yoruba veteran actress Mama Rainbow celebrated her 80th birthday in style.

Mama Rainbow used the occasion to mark her 55th year on stage in the movie industry, making the party a double celebration.

The event was captured on video. The grand event was attended by movie stars Iya Awero, MC Oluomo, Ayo Badmus, and Iyaalaje of Oodua land, as well as Chief Mrs. Toyin Kolade.
