Nigeria's First Lady, Aisha Buhari, was rushed to an Abuja hospital last weekend after suffering a leg fracture.
According to sources, Aisha "fell down and suffered a leg fracture," but details of the incident leading to the injury were sketchy at the time the report was filed. The name of the hospital to which she was taken was also withheld.
According to the report, the first lady was set to host a wedding reception at the Presidential Villa on Sunday night in honor of Bilkisu Rimi, the daughter of Nigerian Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohammed Rimi.
