Actor, Sanyeri's wife, Omolara Olaiya has opened up about their 15-year marriage.
Omolara revealed on Instagram earlier yesterday, December 4, 2022, that they had been separated for nine years.
The businesswoman from Canada stated that she maintains a cordial relationship with the actor for the sake of their children and has chosen happiness over drama.
Sanyeri's now estranged wife also warned those interfering with her private life to mind their own business.
She wrote:
“This is to clarify some misconceptions concerning my marriage and private life.
People must avoid passing judgment on adults, particularly those with children who may choose to maintain a cordial relationship for the sake of their children.
It doesn't mean they don't know what they're doing, because not everyone wants the media in their personal lives, and as such, people should and the devil should mind their own business.
"I've been single for exactly 9 years, and co-parenting with my ex-husband hasn't been easy.
Even though we no longer live in the same country, I continue to do my best to fulfill my responsibilities as a single mother and a woman with children.
He also performs the same duties and rights as a father for our children. If, despite this, you continue to be insensitive, please do not bring it here in the future; I will not tolerate anyone interfering in my private life.
I prefer happiness to drama, so thank you for sticking with Omolara Olaiya Jimoh."
