Olaiya Igwe has explained why he went nude in support of presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Remember that the veteran made waves a week ago when a clip of him naked on the beach praying for BAT's success went viral.

In an interview with TVC's 'Your View' host, Morayo Brown, he admitted that he was spiritually ordered to do so.

According to him, a voice talked to him while he was sleeping and instructed him to go naked and pray for Asiwaju to prove his love for him.

He said:

"I was told to get up and do it spiritually." Almighty God has given me the gift of revelation.

Sometimes I see ahead of time what God has in store for me.

I was resting that day when a voice called to me, "Please stand up! You mentioned that you adore Asiwaju and that he has been aiding you, and I agreed.

"The voice ordered me to get up and do it."
