Lagos deputy governor candidate went to the Celestial Church of Christ members in Ogun State.
The actress and mother of twin boys requested prayers at the Celestial Church's annual gathering in Imeko, Ogun State.
On Saturday, December 24th, Akindele sang her favorite worship song while addressing the crowd.
She stated that in everything one does, one must put God first and be well-mannered.
She went on to say that those who wear white clothes and act like a 'Celestial mother' must behave similarly.
She said:
"In everything we do, we must prioritize God. We must maintain proper demeanor. We must act in the manner of those who wear white cloth. We must act like a 'Celestial' mother.
We must not lose sight of our origins. Don't forget about your God. God bless you. All I want is to pray. Please continue to pray for me".
