Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the founder and Senior Pastor of Word of Life Bible Church, has reportedly divorced his wife Helen Oristejafor after 25 years of marriage.
The divorce comes after years of quarrels and disagreements between the pair.
According to close sources, Helen had another boyfriend for years while she was still married to her husband.
Some church members reportedly said that the pastor's wife slapped him repeatedly throughout numerous arguments.
Helen was also claimed to have accused Pastor Oritsejafor of attempting to murder her.
According to a source,
"Helen walked out of the matrimonial home and relocated to Britain with the children, and Pastor Oritsejafor has returned to the property after neglecting it for nearly a year,"
This is the clergyman's second marriage after his first wife Stella, who co-founded the church with him but died in 1996 due to diabetic issues.
About a year later, he married Helen.
