A female lawyer, Bolanle Raheem was allegedly shot dead by Police on Christmas day 

Inibehe Effiong, a lawyer, shared the picture online. The officer's name was given as ASP Ayuba.

The ASP allegedly killed the lawyer while she was driving with her husband in the Ajah area of the state.

The unnamed police officer assigned to the Ajah Police Station and his team were said to have attempted to stop Raheem, who was with members of her family.

Raheem was shot by a police officer and taken to the hospital, where she was declared dead.

Acknowledging the situation, Benjamin Hundeyin, a spokesperson for the Lagos Police Command, stated that the suspect is an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), and that the officer and two others were arrested.
