The Theatre Arts and Movies Production Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has revealed plans for post-burial honors and prayers in remembrance of the late actor, Murphy Afolabi. The announcement was made via TAMPAN's Instagram account on Thursday, May 18th.
According to the statement, an Artistes Night has been scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 21st, at LTV8 (Blue Roof) from 3 pm to 8 pm. Attendance is mandatory for all actors and filmmakers.
Additionally, on Monday, May 22nd, Fidau prayers will be held at the same venue, LTV8 (Blue Roof), from 10 am to 4 pm.
The announcement emphasized the importance of participation and attendance by all individuals involved in the film industry.
TAMPAN's decision to organize these events demonstrates their commitment to honoring the memory of Murphy Afolabi and providing a platform for the industry's artists to pay their respects.
