Chef Dammy of Ekiti to Set Guinness World Records Ablaze with 150-Hour Cooking Marathon

Nigerian chef Damilola Adeparusi, also known as Chef Dammy, has announced her plans to surpass Hilda Baci and become the new world record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. In an interview with reporters in Ado-Ekiti on June 16, Chef Dammy revealed that her previous 120-hour cooking session was not officially registered with Guinness World Records (GWR). She expressed her readiness to apply for the record and stated that she will be cooking for 150 hours in the upcoming challenge scheduled for next month.

Addressing the question of what's next for her after the 120-hour cook-a-thon, Chef Dammy expressed her openness to new opportunities and experiences in life. She believes that now that the world has witnessed her abilities, it is time for her to explore different avenues and showcase her diverse capabilities. Despite speculations about her previous cooking session not being registered, Chef Dammy and her team have decided to embark on a new challenge next month.

Following the tremendous support she received from fans, well-wishers, and prominent individuals in society, Chef Dammy and her team have announced another cook-a-thon program. This time, it will last for 150 hours and will be officially registered with Guinness World Records. Chef Dammy is determined to make a comeback.

These plans from Chef Dammy come just four days after Hilda Baci was confirmed by Guinness World Records as the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon.
