A heartwarming conversation between Iyabo Ojo and Mohbad's late father has emerged online. Iyabo Ojo expressed her relief when Mohbad's grieving father granted her request to organize a respectful funeral for his son.
Despite the Nigerian Police conducting an autopsy, Mohbad's remains are still at the mortuary. Now, supporters and sympathizers can offer their condolences as preparations for a dignified burial at Ebony Vault are underway.
This decision was made because the late artist's family, friends, and fans believed that the initial burial plans were insufficient. Iyabo Ojo stated, "Just spoke to Mohbad's dad, he has given me the go-ahead to bury Mohbad in a fitting place. Spoke to the owner of Ebony Vault. Fixed an appointment for 1 pm on Thursday. Will go and see him to kickstart the preparation for Mohbad's burial ceremony."
