Popular celebrity makeup artist and actor Mustapha Sholagbade's baby mama, Adewunmi Fatai, has taken to her social media platform to strongly criticize Yoruba movie industry celebrities. Her disapproval stems from their perceived insensitive choice of outfits at the movie premiere of Mercy Aigbe's film, "Ada Omo Daddy."
Despite the theme being "Cultural Wedding Guest Extravaganza," Adewunmi expressed disappointment in the celebrities who attended the premiere, alleging that only a few adhered to the traditional outfit directive. She claimed that Mercy Aigbe specifically instructed them to wear their best traditional attire.
In her social media post, Adewunmi conveyed her disgust, accusing the Yoruba celebrities of disgracing the industry by not following the dress code. She went further to suggest that the bouncers should have ejected those who did not comply with the theme.
In her own words, she wrote, "Aunty Mercy say dress your best traditional extravaganza wear. You wear rag abeg. Shey una no get sense ni Abu oriburuku nse yin? Una go just dey disgrace Yoruba industry ATI kekere ATI Agbaya both of una dey do oshi hisssss."
Adewunmi concluded her statement by expressing her belief that the bouncers should have enforced the dress code, adding a touch of sarcasm with, "Shey una no get alubawi ni tori koyemi. Pele omo Toni good shape."
