News of Sisi Quadri's sudden passing spread across the internet, plunging the industry into mourning. His colleague Tunde Olayusuf announced his demise on Instagram, prompting an outpouring of condolences from others in the industry.
Taking to Instagram, Kunle Afolayan shared a picture of himself and Sisi Quadri from the set of Anikulapo, expressing disbelief at the actor's passing. He conveyed his shock and struggle to find the right words to express his feelings, offering prayers for the late actor's peaceful rest.
"Sad! Sad! Sad! I’m not sure of what to say or how to deal with this! There is a saying that 'T’ibi t’ire la da Ile aye'. This is just so shocking. May your soul rest in peace Quadri."
