Addressing the situation anonymously, officials clarify that Bobrisky's offense does not meet the criteria for transfer to a maximum-security facility typically reserved for severe crimes. Plans for inmate relocations are under consideration, primarily aimed at alleviating overcrowding concerns and maintaining proximity to families.
