Ogunbayo Karimot, the sister-in-law of the late Nigerian musician Mohbad, has stepped into the ongoing DNA drama involving Mr. Joseph Aloba, Mohbad’s father, and Omawumi Aloba, Mohbad’s wife.
Previously, Mohbad’s father released an audio recording explaining his insistence on a DNA test for his grandson. In a recent audio clip, he responded to inquiries, stating that his decision was to address public concerns.
Following Mr. Joseph's reiterated call for a DNA test, a new video surfaced, intensifying the conflict.
Mohbad’s wife’s sister emphasized a key requirement: before proceeding with a DNA test for Liam, Mohbad’s son, they must first establish the late singer’s true paternity.
She stated: “Before conducting DNA on Liam and Mohbad, we must verify Mohbad's paternity by DNA testing him and his father, Joseph Aloba. If the result is positive, we can then proceed with Liam and Mohbad.”
This development follows Abosede, the late artist Mohbad's mother, insisting that Mohbad's wife, Wunmi, undergo a DNA test for their son, Liam.
