Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, recently flaunted bundles of cash on Instagram, days after his arrest over an alleged debt. He posted the cash to address critics who claimed he couldn't afford his car, captioning it with "Spider-Man. God is over everything."
On Tuesday, the Lagos State Police Command arrested Portable for failing to pay the remaining balance on a G-Wagon he purchased. He had paid only N13 million of the N27 million price and claimed the car was faulty. The car dealer reported him to the police, leading to his arrest.
Portable addressed the situation on Instagram, emphasizing that "God is over everything." He also released a song, "Spider-Man," detailing his arrest.
Earlier this year, Portable had upgraded his status by purchasing a new Benz, celebrating his hard work. He shared that the car, originally worth N60 million, was sold to him for N50 million due to his celebrity status.
