Davido has claimed there was fraudulent activity at his recent wedding in Lagos.
He revealed this in a comment on a blog post, stating, “The video of all the money dem spray us and wetin we carry go house no Dey tally.” This suggests that the amount of money shown in videos from the wedding and the amount he took home don’t match, indicating some cash may have been stolen.
The wedding, celebrated with great fanfare, included elaborate decorations, performances by top artists, and extravagant displays of wealth.
