"Thanks for standing by us from the hospital till the last moment," Remi Surutu showers prayers on Yomi Fabiyi as he mourns with her.

Yomi Fabiyi paid tribute to Ayo, the late daughter of veteran actress Remi Surutu, by posting a picture on his Instagram profile.

The actor expressed how much he missed his friend, who is now resting peacefully. He shared that she would have been in charge of his housewarming and birthday party in May. He also spoke about how Ayo’s mother is staying strong and holding up, and he wished his soft-hearted friend continued rest.

In his heartfelt post, Fabiyi wrote: “Continue to RIP my friend AYO. You stopped experiencing pain, and you are resting now. I miss you, especially during my house warming. You would have been there 2 days before and even picked a room. Your mum @therealremisurutu is strong and holding up. She misses you a whole lot, too. CONTINUE TO REST IN POWER BEAUTIFUL, SOFT HEARTED AYO MI.”

Remi Surutu, touched by the outpouring of love, appreciated Yomi Fabiyi for his support during Ayo's illness and until her passing.

She wrote: “Yomi mi Appreciate you thank for standing by us from hospital till the last moment God will always be with you.”
