“Have been to more than 35 countries” Adekunle Gold inspires fans as he shares how he first traveled out of Nigeria

Popular singer Adekunle Gold has inspired fans with a touching account of his first trip abroad, revealing how his music opened doors for him.

In a widely shared video, Adekunle Gold shared that his first time traveling outside Nigeria was in 2015, thanks to his hit song “Shade.” He also had his popular song “Orente” at the time. Since then, his passion for music has taken him to over 35 countries.

He encouraged his fans to never give up on their passions, assuring them that dedication would lead to success.

“The first time I ever traveled out of Nigeria was in 2015. Guess what took me out? One song, ‘Shade.’ I had ‘Shade’ and ‘Orente’ then. And since then, I think I’ve been to 35 countries.

"I say this to say, your passion, the one thing that you love to do, will make way for you. I always wanted to travel as a child but where I see the money?

“But look, I’m just praying for you guys that you find something that will take you places, and if you have already found it, just keep at it. You will go places,” Adekunle Gold said.
