Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo honored her late grandmother, Victoria Fetuga, on her posthumous birthday with a heartfelt tribute. On Saturday, Iyabo shared a touching video compilation on Instagram, showcasing cherished moments with her grandmother.
In the caption, Iyabo wrote, “Happy posthumous birthday, Mama… I will miss you forever 🤍🕊 Love you till eternity and beyond.”
The emotional post prompted an outpouring of support from fans and colleagues. Actress Rita Dominic responded with love emojis and a white bird, while comedienne Princess commented, “Keep resting ma.” Actress Jumoke Odetola added, “Continue to rest in peace ma,” and Balogun Fausat echoed, “Keep resting, my mama.” Bimbo Thomas also shared her condolences, writing, “May her soul continue to rest and may God bless and guide all that she left behind 🙏😍.”
Iyabo Ojo first announced her mother's passing in November 2020, revealing that Mrs. Fetuga died peacefully in her sleep. At the time, Iyabo expressed her profound grief, describing her mother as her “jewel,” “guardian,” and “pearl.”
