Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Mercy Johnson is marking her 40th birthday with a special gift from her children. In a video posted on Instagram, her four kids performed a rap song to celebrate her milestone. Her son Henry took the lead with impressive rap lyrics.
Mercy explained that her husband was absent from the video because, as she humorously noted, he "couldn’t rap" and didn’t participate in the shoot. She shared her excitement about turning 40 and thanked her followers, saying:
“Thank you, Lord. To 40, and it sure feels good…the kids love music so. @princeodiokojie says he is an Hon.. and can’t rap oo, so don’t ask us where he is. @magnitofreshout on the beats.”
Fans and colleagues reacted warmly to the video. Chinney Love commented, “This video is too cute. See Henry, the rapper.” Uche Elendu added, “Awww my fam. I love this. Studio loading.” Chizzy Alichi and Ekene Umenwa both found the video “too cute,” while Jasmine Okafor expressed her love for it. Other fans, including Achaba Kingsley, Dereal Sayra, Marykas23, and Ssolo Peace, praised the video and wished Mercy a happy birthday.
