"De*th Stared at Me Last October, but God Revived Me" – Actress Bimpe Akintunde Reveals.

Nigerian actress Bimpe Akintunde took to social media to reflect on her near-death experience from last October, thanking God for sparing her life to witness another October. In a heartfelt post, the actress shared details of her ordeal, expressing deep gratitude for her recovery and the people who supported her during that challenging time.

She wrote, "It’s another thankful October for me. Last year, death stared me in the eyes. I looked death in the eyes and could have been declared dead, if not for the grace of Almighty Allah."

Bimpe recounted how the illness began on October 1st while she was in London for an event. She returned home feeling extremely cold, thinking it was a simple cold. However, she quickly became so ill that she couldn’t eat or leave the house for an entire week. Staying with a friend, @strongndbeautiful_, she tried various medications and consulted doctors both in the UK and Nigeria.

When it was time for her return flight to Nigeria, she was so weak that she had to be helped onto the plane. Upon landing, Bimpe couldn’t even stand on her own. Airport staff assisted her through immigration, and @bammyclothing took her straight to the hospital. She described her condition as being "gone far away," but credited God’s mercy for her survival.

"Mercy said no. My God said no. I was sick all through last October, but my God is a merciful God," she reflected, adding that she never wants to experience an October like that again.

Bimpe expressed immense gratitude to her family, friends, and especially her husband, @king_yog1, for their unwavering support. She also thanked those who cared for her during her illness, praying that no one experiences such sickness or untimely death.

"Alhamdulilai is my song. May any kind of sickness not be our portion. May untimely death not visit our homes," she prayed, wishing her followers a blessed October.

Her post resonated with many, who offered their support and shared similar sentiments of gratitude and faith.
