Veteran Nollywood actor Afeez Owo Abiodun recently shared insights on finding inner peace during his trip to Canada. Posting to Instagram, Afeez shared photos with fellow Nollywood colleagues like Esther Kalejaiye, Iya Ibadan, Abiola Bayo, and Ademola Tijani as they attended an award ceremony and explored the city.

In a reflective post, Afeez revealed that he found tranquility by reminding himself that everything happens for a reason and has its own timing. “I found peace the day I told myself that everything happens for a reason, and everything has its own time,” he wrote, sharing his personal journey to calm acceptance.

A few days before his departure, his wife, actress Mide Martins Abiodun, shared an emotional video at the airport, saying a heartfelt goodbye to him. In the video, Mide is seen in tears as she embraced and kissed Afeez, expressing how deeply she would miss him and wishing him a pleasant trip.
