Queen Dami, the former wife of the late Alaafin of Oyo and now the girlfriend of controversial singer Portable, has made her stance clear after the couple reconciled.
In a now-deleted video shared on Portable’s Instagram page, the duo appeared affectionate, signaling they had resolved their recent feud. However, Queen Dami didn’t hold back, warning Portable that she is with him for financial stability and would leave if he takes another wife behind her back.
Portable accompanied the video with a cryptic caption:
"One Man for all women, all women for one man. Make money before you love. He gets why. Kinggy kinggy kangae kangae. Ika talk, ika understand."
Their reconciliation comes weeks after Portable publicly accused Queen Dami of driving away female customers from his bar and declared that she wasn’t the first woman in his life and wouldn’t be the last. Despite his criticisms, Queen Dami fired back, asserting her independence and blessings.
Previously, Portable had praised Queen Dami for her loyalty, even though she hasn’t had children for him yet. The singer, who has six children, prayed that she would conceive for him as well.
Before dating Portable, Queen Dami was married to the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyeye. Their union ended after she allegedly broke a palace rule, leading her to leave the palace. She later attributed her actions to frustration and bad advice from friends. Sadly, she couldn’t reconcile with the monarch before his passing last year.
