A video currently making waves on social media shows an elderly Nigerian man boldly claiming that he is the biological father of award-winning music superstar Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun.
In the viral clip, the man, who appears distressed yet confident, said the Grammy-winning artist has allegedly abandoned him in Benin City, leaving him to suffer despite Wizkid’s global success and billionaire status.
"Nigerians, please come to my aid. My son, Wizkid Ayodeji Balogun, is a music superstar and billionaire, but he has abandoned me in Benin City to suffer," the man pleaded in the video.
The elderly man was also spotted on the streets, publicly sharing his story with passersby, strongly insisting that he is the singer’s real father. He appealed to fellow Nigerians to help him reach out to Wizkid, hoping the superstar would acknowledge and assist him.
