Nollywood actor Adekola Tijani has penned a heartfelt tribute to his late mother, who died four months ago.
In a touching post on his social media page, the Yoruba movie star described her as “the best mother a child could ask for”, recalling precious memories they shared.
He praised her for teaching him life’s values, shaping him into the man he is today, and inspiring him with her strength. Tijani expressed that he misses her every day and will always carry her love in his heart, praying for her soul to rest in perfect peace.
In a separate development, Yoruba actress Jaiye has announced the painful death of a fast-rising actor and filmmaker, who reportedly died from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) — a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland common with aging that can cause difficulty in urination.
Visibly heartbroken, Jaiye described his passing as untimely and deeply painful. She prayed for his soul to find eternal rest and asked God to comfort and strengthen his grieving family.
