Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla Ojo, has publicly appealed to the Canadian embassy to speed up her husband Juma Jux’s visa so that he can reunite with her and their newborn baby.
It was reported on Sunday that Priscilla and her Tanzanian husband had welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala.
In a recent phone interview, Juma revealed that he has not yet been able to join his wife and son in Canada because his visa application is still being processed. He explained that Canadian visas often take time, but he is hopeful it will be approved soon. According to him, since their son is still very young, it would be difficult for Priscilla and the baby to travel to Tanzania at this stage.
Taking to her Snapchat page, Priscilla responded to a fan who urged her husband to hurry and join them. She admitted that she misses him deeply and pleaded with anyone close to the embassy to help quicken the process.
Her heartfelt message read:
“Could someone please call the Canadian embassy to quicken daddy’s visa? We miss him badly.”
