Legendary Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba or 2Face, has received parental blessings as he traditionally wedded his partner, Honourable Natasha Osawaru.
It was earlier reported that the couple held their traditional wedding ceremony on Friday, July 25, in a low-key event attended by close family members, including 2Baba’s parents.
On Thursday, more photos and videos from the intimate wedding surfaced online. In one of the clips, the couple was captured receiving parental blessings from a man identified as Okagbe, who prayed for favour, good health, good luck, and progress in their marriage. He also noted that 2Baba had been in several marriages before and prayed that this union would be his last.
Following his separation from his wife of over a decade, Annie Macaulay, 2Baba moved on with Natasha, a lawmaker from Edo State.
To demonstrate his commitment, the father of seven introduced Natasha to the Idoma traditional leaders and king in Benue State, where he hails from. The palace and community gave their blessings to the union. He also took Natasha to meet his mother and other family members, sharing heartwarming photos and videos of their time together.
The fresh wedding visuals have sparked conversations on social media, with fans reacting to the new chapter in 2Baba’s life.
