A viral video has captured the hilarious moment Nigerian skit maker Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, popularly known as Sabinus, came face-to-face with his striking lookalike.
The comedian attended an event where he was introduced to a man who not only shared his facial features but also dressed exactly like him — wearing Sabinus’ signature blue shirt and sporting the same hairstyle.
The encounter left Sabinus visibly shocked. On seeing the double, he shouted in disbelief, “Holy Ghost fire!” — sending the crowd into laughter.
To make the moment even funnier, the impersonator held a placard with Sabinus’ photo to welcome him to Sierra Leone. Sabinus shook hands with him and jokingly remarked that his lookalike appeared like he was “suffering.”
Reports reveal that the doppelgänger is also a comedian who mimics Sabinus’ style and character in his own skits.
