The post immediately stirred reactions among fans, with many interpreting it as a subtle statement directed at fellow Afrobeats stars Davido and Burna Boy — his long-time peers in the much-discussed “Big 3” debate.
Although Wizkid did not call out any names, social media users wasted no time linking the statement to the ongoing rivalry over who truly holds the crown as Nigeria’s biggest music act.
