Bishop David Abioye of the Conquerors Global Assembly has shared how he reacted when his wife was reportedly diagnosed with HIV during the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking during a Sunday live service on healing, he revealed that he immediately rejected the diagnosis and requested a second test.
Bishop Abioye explained that he prayed based on scriptural revelation, and when his wife was re-tested, the results showed no trace of the virus. He emphasized the importance of faith and actively confronting sickness, saying:
“During COVID-19 they said my wife had HIV, I said no. Not in this body. By the time they checked her… because I got scriptural revelations… they found nothing.”
He added, “Healing is not for gentlemen, you don’t nurse sickness to go, you fight sickness to go.”
The bishop’s testimony highlights his belief in divine healing and the power of prayer in overcoming serious health challenges.
