Bovi Reveals Plan to Secure Political Appointment From President Tinubu

Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma has disclosed his strategy to obtain a political appointment from President Bola Tinubu. The revelation comes after the recent release of the presidential nominees’ list, which included several people who were previously critics of the president.

Speaking during his Abuja show No Sting Attached, Bovi explained a method he says has worked for others seeking presidential appointments. He referenced public figures such as Nyesom Wike, Reno Omokri, and Femi Fani-Kayode, noting that they successfully used similar approaches.

Bovi also highlighted that some individuals who openly praised the president, like fellow comedian Seyi Law, did not receive any rewards or recognition in return.

With his usual humor, Bovi revealed that his plan is to critique the president—even when he agrees with the positive actions being taken—while adding his unique commentary. He believes this approach will increase his chances of securing a political appointment.
