Nigerian singer Adekunle Temitope, popularly known as Small Doctor, was overwhelmed with emotions after his six-year-old daughter surprised him on stage during the Omo Better Concert 7 held at the Agege Stadium in Lagos.
The emotional moment happened on December 14, 2025, as thousands of fans gathered to watch the street-pop star perform in his hometown. Unknown to Small Doctor, his daughter had travelled all the way from Canada with her mother just to see him perform live.
As the singer entertained the crowd, a small voice suddenly called out, “Daddy.” Shocked and confused, Small Doctor turned around and saw his daughter standing on the stage.
