The former minister promised to introduce projects and policies that would improve the standard of living of residents across the state. He stressed that governance should go beyond speeches and political promises, adding that people at the grassroots level must feel the impact of good leadership.
Reflecting on his political journey, Adelabu noted that his ambition started in 2019 and expressed confidence that 2027 would favour him. He also appreciated past leaders and former governors of Oyo State while thanking party leaders and supporters for standing by him.
Adelabu further praised President Bola Tinubu for his “Renewed Hope” agenda and expressed gratitude for the support of the APC leadership.
According to him, his experience and exposure in public service have prepared him to build a more economically advanced Oyo State. He assured supporters that if elected, his administration would focus on development, security, and people-oriented governance.
