Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has shared details about the emotional journey he and his wife, Mo Bimpe, went through before welcoming their triplets.
Speaking during an interview with Morayo Afolabi Brown, Lateef revealed that the couple had waited for years to become parents. Because of the long wait, he said he made sure to pamper and support his wife throughout the pregnancy, describing her as a very strong woman.
The actor said he was completely shocked when doctors confirmed they were expecting triplets. He admitted that the news brought mixed emotions because it was far more than they had hoped for. However, he believes the blessing proved that their years of waiting were worth it.
Lateef also disclosed that he stayed by his wife's side throughout the delivery. According to him, he witnessed the entire process and praised women for their strength and endurance during childbirth. He said the experience gave him even greater respect for mothers, adding that giving birth is not an easy task.
Speaking about expanding their family in the future, Lateef said everything is in God's hands. Since they now have three boys, he revealed that Mo Bimpe would love to have a baby girl someday, joking that they may consider "one more round" if God permits.
The actor's heartfelt interview has warmed the hearts of many fans, who continue to celebrate the couple's long-awaited journey into parenthood.
