Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson-Okojie and her husband, Prince Odi Okojie, are celebrating a major milestone in their marriage as they mark their 15th wedding anniversary.
The couple took to their respective Instagram pages to celebrate their special day, sharing heartfelt messages about their journey together and expressing gratitude to God for sustaining their marriage over the years.
Mercy Johnson, in her emotional post, admitted that she kept writing and deleting her message before finally deciding to simply express her gratitude to God.
Celebrating the milestone, the actress described their 15-year journey as one filled with love, laughter, tenacity, partnership, tolerance and trust, while humorously noting that the order of those qualities could change depending on the year.
She wrote:
“Keep writing and deleting, but I am so thankful, Lord. It’s my wedding anniversary. Cheers to 15 years of love, laughter, tenacity, partnership, tolerance and trust. The order varies for any given year.”
Mercy went on to thank God for their journey and expressed her love for her husband, writing, “Love you today and always.”
On his part, Prince Odi Okojie also celebrated their anniversary with a touching message dedicated to his wife.
