Nollywood actor Rotimi Salami has shared an emotional tribute in memory of his late colleague, Allwell Ademola, ahead of what would have been her 50th birthday.
Taking to his Instagram page, the actor reflected on the painful loss, noting that the beloved actress would have celebrated her golden jubilee on Sunday, August 9, if she were still alive.
Expressing his grief, Rotimi lamented the impact of her passing on the Nigerian film industry, describing it as another painful reminder of the void left by the late actress.
Despite her absence, he said Allwell's legacy will continue to live on through the remarkable body of work she left behind, adding that her performances will forever remain etched in the hearts of fans and colleagues.
In his heartfelt message, he wrote, "Oh death! Nollywood bleeds," before affectionately referring to her as "Shuga" and declaring that her memory would remain with him until his last breath.
