Angry Church members chases Pastor away From Church For impregnating member in Lagos

There was uproar on Sunday at the United Methodist Church, Mafoluku, in Oshodi as members of the church drove away their pastor for impregnating his housemaid. According to the report, the pastor was stopped from leading the church a few months ago when his housemaid, Grace had problems after aborting the pregnancy.

The pastor whose name is Andrew was living with his wife, children, wife's cousin, and Grace in a three-bedroom flat on the church premises before the occurrence. It was learnt that on Sunday, members of the church showed up for Sunday service only to see that the same pastor and some people had commenced the service.
The angry members proceeded to chase out the pastor and his group from the church. Policemen from the Makinde Police Division, intervened after he was reported at the station. The former secretary to the pastor also added that the pastor sent his wife to the village after he impregnated the maid. Another witness who is a member, identified herself as Blessing, said the pastor had once made sexual proposal to her. She said that her husband is not always at home. The pastor would call her in the night and asked if she had slept. One day he entered her room and gave her a soft slap on her back. She had only the wrapper on her. She said she was shocked and surprised and told her neighbours. This is terrible.
