Disgusting!! A woman found lizard in her latte after drinking

Kim and Brian Dillon visited Starbucks and placed an order for two sugar free lattes and found an extra ingredient inside one which is a lizard,kim and brian went back to starbucks with the disgusting ingredient in a bag but the staff apologised. Should they accept the apology or not?
