83 Year Old Man known as, Sule Yusuf says he has been at the Oshodi under bridge in Lagos state since 1999 because he had no where to live says everything has been so difficult after losing contact with his wife and children. The retiree who hails from Igboora, Oyo state told the PUNCH that after he retired from the force, he lost contact with his families but decided to stay put in Lagos. It's said that the Old man was being spared during the recent raid of the Policeman after he explained to them how he has been deserted by him family members. Yusuf said the last time he saw his wife Beatrice and two(2) children Morilli and Jimoh before they relocated to Owerri, Imo state that where his wife hailed from.

Yusuf said he joined the Nigerian Army way back in 1967, i stay in Makoko, Yaba till i packed out because i couldn't pay my rent, so i had to move to Oshodi and i do collect my pension from the army until i lost my ID card at the park. I retired as a staff sergent i was being given N12,000 per month as pension, i do sell herbs at the park because that my father's handiwork. Since i get to Oshodi nobody has been taking care of me except from God who has kept me till date. He continued "I need to see my family again, i need help out of this situation, i want the Govt. to help me.
