12-Year-Old Boy Strips N*ked & Forced To Walk Around The Street By Mother For Stealing From His Grandma [Photo]

A 12 year old boy in Vietnam was seen walking n*ked and in tears on Street of Tran Nguyen Han around 2pm on Monday April 11. His mother was also spotted hitting him and rained curses on him.

It's was reported that the neighbours asked the woman to stop but she didn't and they called the Police. When arrested she said i don't want to treat him this badly but this is the only way he could feel ashamed and not try to steal any more.
