21 year old suspected robber Akeem Popoola has been arrested by the Police division of Ikeja. He reveals a member of the Police force named Inspector Festus popularly known as Ijaya. He says Ijaya do swindle unsuspecting victims of cash and other materials. While speaking to the Police after being nabbed Akeem says his dad took him 'Ijaya' the Police officer to discipline him because he was troublesome but instead of Ijaya to do as said by his father, he instead took to a beer parlour where he brought out a gun, poured some gin inside and ask him to take the gin while he also took some and swear never to reveal anything to anyone and also never to back out of their business.

The next day Akeem reveals Ijaya gave him an android phone to go sell at computer village at Ikeja, 30 minutes after selling he was being handcuffed by Ijaya and he took him and charged almost 200,000 from the guy or he threatens to take him to their station. The guy raised 150,000 from his colleagues and paid Ijaya who later gives him 5,000 out of it. Akeem reveals all that continues until a day he wanted to back and Ijaya threatens he would die if he does after telling him they've swore never to back out. Although Police division of Ikeja denied that there's no inspector bearing Festus or Ijaya. Investigation is still going on.
