A sad father in Punjab, India was angry that he took away a 17 year old accuse boy who r*ped his 7 months old daughter. The 25 year old father took the accused away near a canal, beats and tied his hands to a tree before he cuts off his hands leaving him all alone to his fate.

The locals were said to have informed the Cops who arrives to untie him, pick up his hands and take him to the hospital where he's currently receiving treatment. The Cops are said to be on the hunt for the 25 year old man who's on the run. Reports reaching us says he would be charged with attempted murder when finally nabbed. Law isn't fair at times.
